These terms govern your use of Disporty ("we", "us" or "our"), an online competition and community platform for players, teams and organisers. They apply to our website, organisation pages, competition tools, Discord bot and related services. By using these services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use them. Our Privacy Policy explains personal-information processing, and our Cookies Policy covers cookies and related technologies.
Features depend on your account, permissions, organisation, plan and enabled integrations. Roadmap items and support discussions are not commitments to deliver features. Separate written agreements or checkout terms may apply to paid services. Mandatory legal rights are not overridden.
You must be at least 13 and meet any higher minimum age required by applicable law, the game, competition or connected service. If you cannot legally enter this agreement independently, a parent or legal guardian must authorise your use where permitted. Paid or prize activities may have additional eligibility requirements.
Keep your information accurate and credentials secure. Use only accounts you are authorised to access. Do not sell or share accounts, impersonate others or bypass verification, bans or access controls. Report suspected unauthorised access to support@disporty.com without sending passwords.
You may represent a team, organisation or other entity if you have authority to do so. Your individual account remains personal to you. Role assignments provide only the access granted by the platform and do not permit account sharing.
Disporty provides tools for entries, rosters, schedules, results, statistics and administration. Unless expressly identified otherwise, the organiser is responsible for eligibility, formats, rules, scheduling, moderation, result decisions and promised prizes. Read the organiser's rules before entering. Those rules cannot override these terms or applicable law.
Participants must provide accurate information, follow competition rules and report results honestly. Organisers must have authority to administer competitions and handle participant information lawfully. Submitted results and imported game data may be incomplete or incorrect. Raise competition disputes with the organiser and platform faults with Disporty.
Disporty is not the publisher of the games used in competitions. Games, external statistics and connected accounts remain subject to their providers' rules and availability. Do not use Disporty for unlawful betting, fraudulent prize schemes or prohibited financial activity.
Authorised users may manage branding, pages, news and media using available tools. You are responsible for your published information, links, sponsor material and any notices required for activities you independently operate. Do not publish private participant data without a lawful basis.
You retain rights you hold in submitted content. You grant Disporty a non-exclusive licence to host, store, process, format and display it, and provide it to service providers as necessary to operate the features you use. Published content may be shared through enabled integrations. This licence does not transfer ownership. Retention and deletion are described in the Privacy Policy.
Only use material you own or are authorised to use, including logos, images and information about others. Disporty's software, branding and designs remain protected by their owners' intellectual property rights. Organisation tools do not grant ownership of Disporty's branding or a right to resell its software.
We may investigate reports, remove content, restrict access or suspend accounts to address abuse, security risks or legal requirements. Organiser moderation within a competition does not necessarily represent a platform-wide decision. Contact support@disporty.com to query a platform decision.
Review the displayed price, currency, plan, billing period and renewal, cancellation or usage terms before purchasing. Fees and availability vary by offer. You must be authorised to use the payment method. Providers such as Stripe may handle payments and payout onboarding under their terms and verification requirements.
Recurring subscription conditions must be provided with the offer. Contact support@disporty.com about billing errors, cancellation or refunds. Refund eligibility depends on applicable law and the specific purchase terms; statutory cancellation and refund rights are not removed.
Where wallet balances, prizes or withdrawals are enabled, eligibility, available balance, fees, limits and provider checks apply. A ledger entry or transfer confirmation does not guarantee an immediate bank payout. Required checks and providers can delay or reject processing. Platform balances are not investments or a guarantee of deposit protection.
Organisers must accurately describe funded prizes and award conditions. Disporty does not guarantee an organiser's prize unless it expressly undertakes that obligation. Contact organisers about prize decisions and Disporty about platform payment faults.
Discord, game and other connected providers have their own terms and privacy policies. Only connect accounts and servers you are authorised to manage. Administrators enabling bot features must select appropriate permissions, channels and audiences and inform their community about message processing. Keep private material out of public delivery destinations.
Integrations depend on third-party permissions and availability. Discord linking does not grant extra Disporty permissions. Disconnecting or revoking access does not recall delivered messages or automatically erase records held by another service.
AI may assist with supported design, extraction and support tasks. Output can be inaccurate or unsuitable. Review it before applying, publishing or relying on it. AI replies are not authoritative competition rulings, legal advice, access approvals or promises of release or resolution dates.
Enabled live Discord support may process ordinary messages in designated channels without a command or mention. Questions and limited context are sent through Disporty's API to the configured AI provider as explained in the Privacy Policy. Live replies and proposed reports are visible to the channel's audience. Do not post secrets or sensitive personal information.
Stored reports require verified linking and explicit confirmation. A draft is not a created ticket, confirmed defect or delivery commitment. Update subscriptions are separate opt-in choices. Contact support@disporty.com for private or account-specific help instead of posting confidential details.
We may maintain or change services and address security, legal or operational issues. Service is not guaranteed to be uninterrupted or error-free. Material paid-service changes are subject to purchase terms and applicable law. Immediate restrictions may be necessary for security or legal reasons.
Request account closure or deletion at deleteaccount@disporty.com from your registered email. Closure does not itself cancel separately managed subscriptions, discharge outstanding obligations or erase records requiring retention. Review billing arrangements and contact support for help. The Privacy Policy explains retention and deletion requests.
You are responsible for the lawfulness and accuracy of your activities and submissions. Disporty is responsible for its services as required by applicable law. We cannot guarantee independent organisers, users or providers' actions or externally supplied information. Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limits mandatory consumer, privacy or statutory rights.
Contact support@disporty.com about disputes so we can try to resolve them. These terms do not require mandatory private arbitration or prevent use of a court, regulator or dispute-resolution route available under applicable law.
